→ All appointments MUST BE confirmed before any service begins. You will receive a reminder at day 3 and 1 prior to your appointment.

 

→ A Non-Refundable Deposit is Required for ALL Services on confirmed appointments.

 

→ No Refunds on Services.

 

→ Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your Deposit will be applied towards a Late Cancel Fee after this time.

 

→ No Show is considered late arrival to your appointment. Your Deposit will be applied towards a No Show Fee after this time and a new appointment will need to be booked.
